Hannah Green What's in the Bag (2025)

Perth’s Hannah Green announced herself as an LPGA superstar when she claimed a major in just her second year on tour. Her victory at the 2019 Women’s US PGA Championship major saw her become only the third Australian woman to win a major, and she’s since racked up another five wins on the LPGA Tour.

The 28-year-old enjoyed a brilliant 2024. She won the HSBC Women’s World Championship (29 Feb-3 March) in Singapore, successfully defended her title at the JM Eagle LA Championship (25-28 April) in Los Angeles and won the BMW Ladies Championship (October 17-20) in Korea. Green also won the Greg Norman medal after being crowned Australia's best golfer in 2024.

Green also represented Australia at the Paris Olympics in 2024 where she finished tied for fourth, just outside the medals. She also competed at Tokyo Olympics in 2021 alongside Minjee Lee, the same year she claimed the LPGA’s AON Risk Reward Challenge where she picked up a $1million bonus.

In 2022 Green made history at the TPS Murray River tournament when she became the first female golfer in the world to win a mixed-gender four-round tournament.

DRIVER – SRIXON ZXi LS (10.5˚)

Hannah Green is a brilliant ball striker and has developed into one of the longer players off the tee on the LPGA Tour.

After playing a Srixon ZX5 Mk II LS driver in 2024, Green switched to the new Srixon ZXi LS driver in 2025. It’s Srixon’s lowest spinning ZXi driver and it's powered by Srixon’s iFlex face technology.

Srixon discovered a lighter, more flexible and more durable titanium to use on the ZXi driver face, which gave them the green light to design an incredibly thin zone in the centre of the face.

The new fast and forgiving ZXi LS driver face is supported by thicker zones near the toe and heel, which interact with Srixon’s Rebound Frame system in the head and crown to focus more energy into the ball at impact.

Hannah’s Srixon ZXi LS driver is installed with a Mitsubishi Chemical Diamana RB shaft.

FAIRWAY WOODS – SRIXON ZXi (3W, 15°), TITLEIST TSR2 (5W: 18°)

Hannah plays Srixon’s new ZXi three wood after previously using a Srixon ZX MKII three wood.

Like the Srixon ZXi LS driver, Hannah’s ZXi fairway wood is powered by Srixon’s i-Flex face, which helps her launch the ball faster and further. The ZXi three wood is fitted with a carbon crown to lower the centre of gravity and help Hannah launch the ball higher.

A Mitsubishi Chemical Diamana RB shaft is fitted to Hannah’s three wood.

Hannah also plays a Titleist TSR2 five wood, fitted with a Graphite Design Tour AD Orange shaft.

HYBRID – PING G425 HYBRID (26˚)

Hannah carries a PING G425 hybrid, a club she uses as a long iron replacement.

The PING G425 hybrid is a blend of iron and fairway wood and offers a high-launching trajectory that is ideal for holding greens.

It’s a versatile club and its ability to slide through thick rough with little resistance is a real asset. The club has now been superseded by PING’s G430 hybrid.

Hannah’s PING G425 hybrid is fitted with a Fujikura Ventus Blue shaft.

IRONS – SRIXON ZXi5/ZXi7 (5-PW)

Hannah uses a combo set of Srixon’s ZXi5 and ZXi7 irons. Both models are big on feel and workability, which are essential for a player of Hannah’s calibre, and are created with Srixon’s new iForged technology.

The iForged process sees several small steel protrusions integrated into the iron head during the forging process, in the areas of the iron head that bear the most stress. It enabled Srixon to select the softest steel yet in their forged irons for a buttery soft feel.

Hannah’s ZXi7 short irons are forged from a single billet of S15C carbon steel and feature Srixon’s PureFrame design, which stiffens the face, limiting vibration and deformation to allow the soft feel to shine through.

Hannah plays Srixon ZXi5 long irons, which feature Srixon’s MainFrame design and are crafted from S20C carbon steel. High-density tungsten is slotted into the toe of the player’s iron, increasing forgiveness and speed, and generating a higher launch.

Both the new ZXi5 and ZXi7 irons are equipped with progressive grooves on the face, which helps the long irons launch higher and further and the short irons spin faster and more consistently. The irons also feature Srixon’s VT sole, which minimises speed losses through the turf.

WEDGES – CLEVELAND RTZ (50°, 56°, 60°)

After previously playing the Cleveland RTX6 wedge, Hannah put Cleveland’s new RTZ wedges in her bag in early 2025.

RTZ wedges are made from a new, Z-alloy material developed by Cleveland. It’s a lower density material, which enabled Cleveland to shift the centre of gravity closer to the centre of the face in the RTZ wedges without needed to alter the traditional head shape. And Z-Alloy is also softer, which elevates feel and touch and helps Hannah’s wedge game no end.

Hannah’s RTZ wedges are the Tour Rack model, which features a raw finish.

PUTTER – SCOTTY CAMERON CIRCLE T PHANTOM X 5.5

Hannah changes putters frequently but is currently using a Scotty Cameron Circle T Phantom X 5.5 flatstick.

It’s a tour-only putter but is similar to the retail version of the Scotty Cameron Phantom X 5.5 mallet. Hannah plays a centre-shafted model.

BALL – SRIXON Z-STAR DIAMOND

A three-piece tour ball, the 2025 Srixon Z-Star Diamond’s mid-spin, mid-launch characteristics make it an ideal partner for Hannah’s game.

The 2025 Z-Star Diamond golf ball features a slightly lower compression than its predecessor and is one of the softer tour balls being played.

The ball’s dimple pattern creates less friction through the air to max out distance and a reformulated core provides more spin on long and mid-iron shots.
